Download our app from the App Store or Play Store and enroll if you are not already
Access “Card Controls” from the menu on our mobile app
Turn your credit union debit and credit cards on and off to help protect against fraud
Schedule travel dates and location so your card works while you travel
Mark your card as lost and reorder a new card (for ATM/debit cards, we highly recommend coming in to receive an instant-issue card if you are in the area)
Request a replacement card (again, for ATM/debit cards, we recommend coming in for an instant-issue card)
Change your mailing address

Report travel plans: If you have our app, please update your travel notice under “Card Controls”. Otherwise, please text or call us at 906-482-5005 to let use know where you will be traveling so your card will not be flagged for fraud while you travel. Be sure to include any states/countries that you plan to drive through or have a layover in, in case you need to use your card at gas stations, restaurants, or airports!

Replace a worn-out card: Come in to our branch to have your new card issued instantly rather than waiting for it to be mailed to you.
