New Feature Available: My Financial Health Credit Monitoring in Online & Mobile Banking

We’re excited to share that My Financial Health, our credit monitoring and financial wellness tool, is now available directly within Online Banking and the Breakwater mobile app!

With My Financial Health, you can stay informed about your credit and take steps to strengthen your financial health—all in one convenient place.

What You Can Do with My Financial Health

Depending on the version you choose, My Financial Health can help you:

  • View and track your credit score (Transunion FICO 9)
  • Receive alerts about important changes to your credit
  • Access tools and insights designed to support healthy financial habits

Basic (Free) vs. Premium Options

All members can access the My Financial Health basic plan for free, which includes essential credit monitoring features at no cost.

For members looking for more robust insights and tools, the My Financial Health premium plan is available for an added cost ($6.99/month plus applicable tax)³ and may include expanded credit details and additional monitoring features.

You can review both options and decide what works best for you once you’re logged in.

The My Financial Health Basic Plan

At no cost to you, you can access these features in online banking today:

  • Your Credit Score – Transunion FICO 9
  • Dark Web Monitoring – We scan the web for fraudulent use of your personal information including name, address, email and more¹
  • Personal Information Monitoring – We scan your name in real time to see how much of your private information has been exposed on Data Broker sites2
  • Online Subscriptions View – Access a consolidated view of your subscriptions to see where your dollars are going

The My Financial Health Premium Plan

$6.99/month (plus applicable tax)³

In addition to the free features in Basic, you can upgrade to [My Financial Plan+ premium] to unlock:

  • Social Security Number Monitoring– Detect and prevent identity theft occurring outside of the credit bureaus’ vision
  • Change of Address Alerts – Detect and be alerted when there has been an unauthorized change of address
  • Identity theft insurance – Up to $1M of identity restoration and protection against identity theft⁴
  • Identity restoration – Access hands-on assistance restoring compromised identity
  • Removal of personal information from Data Broker sites – Leverage automated services to continuously remove their personal data from these sites
  • Ongoing web monitoring for newly exposed private information – Continuously monitor Data Broker sites and get alerts when your personal information resurfaces
  • Online subscriptions cancellation – With just a single button, cancel unused or low value subscriptions
  • Credit building – Build credit or establish credit history with credit building features
  • Student loan assistance – View your total federal student loan balance, identify the plan with the most savings and enroll, and monitor details with timely recertification

How to Get Started

  1. Log in to Online Banking or the Breakwater mobile app
  2. Navigate to the My Health Plan/ Credit Monitoring section
  3. Register your My Financial Health+ account and upgrade to Premium at any time

Don’t see My Financial Health+ on your dashboard?

You may need to customize your dashboard to enable My Financial Health+ Financial Health.

  • Click the three dots at the top of your dashboard or scroll down and select “Organize Dashboard.”
  • Tap the “+”(mobile) or click “Add a card” (online banking).
  • Select “My Financial Health+ Financial Health”to add it to your dashboard.
  • Drag items to reorder them, then click “Done.”

Important Information to Know

  • Members who share a username and password with a joint account holder will have access to a single My Financial Health credit report. If you would like to register for your own My Financial Health account, please call give us a call and one of our representatives can help set up separate online banking credentials for you.
  • If too many failed attempts occur, My Financial Health will lock your access for one day. Continued failed attempts will require you to contact TransUnion to verify your personal information (an update may need to be made to your file.)

Dark Web monitoring consists of searching for up to 1 Social Security number, 10 driver’s licenses, up to 10 credit and debit cards, up to 10 bank accounts, 10 passports, up to 10 phone numbers, up to 10 email addresses, up to 10 physical addresses, and 10 medical IDs. We partner with Constella Intelligence who searches thousands of internet sites where it is suspected that consumer’s personal information is being bought and sold. Constella Intelligence regularly reviews and adds new sites to search; however, there is no guarantee that Constella Intelligence will be able to locate and search every possible internet site as some sites are not published and frequently change. Dark Web monitoring may take several days to begin and may not occur during your {trial/Access} period.

Data Broker sites are sites that trade personal information for profit – names, addresses, phone numbers, social security numbers and more. As a result, consumers are at risk of identity theft, financial hacks, account takeovers, spam, robocalls, and physical threats including stalking, harassment and doxing. Please note that the list of Data Broker sites being scanned may change as we do not crawl all Data Broker sites.
