  1. Log in to Online Banking or the Breakwater mobile app
  2. Navigate to the My Financial Health/ Credit Monitoring section
  3. Register your My Financial Health+ account and upgrade to Premium at any time

Don’t see My Financial Health+ on your dashboard?

You may need to customize your dashboard to enable My Financial Health+ Financial Health.

  • Click the three dots at the top of your dashboard or scroll down and select “Organize Dashboard.”
  • Tap the “+”(mobile) or click “Add a card” (online banking).
  • Select “My Financial Health+ Financial Health” to add it to your dashboard.
  • Drag items to reorder them, then click “Done.”

Important Information to Know:

  • Members who share a username and password with a joint account holder will have access to a single My Financial Health credit report. If you would like to register for your own My Financial Health account, please call give us a call and one of our representatives can help set up separate online banking credentials for you.
  • If too many failed attempts occur, My Financial Health will lock your access for one day. Continued failed attempts will require you to contact TransUnion to verify your personal information (an update may need to be made to your file.)

My Financial Health+ FAQ

Does this affect my credit?

No – Checking your TransUnion FICO 9 score through array is a soft inquiry and does not affect your credit score.

How often is my score updated?

The user’s credit score is updated monthly. However, if users are on the Premium Plan, they will receive alerts immediately if there are any significant changes to their credit report.

I recently applied for a loan. Why doesn’t my credit score match in online banking?

This score is based on the TransUnion FICO 9 model.  There are other scoring models and the credit score provided may not be the score used by other lenders to make credit decisions.

How do I cancel my Premium Plan subscription?

Within online banking, click “See More” in the My Financial Health card. Click the three lines in the upper left-hand corner. Navigate to the ‘Manage Account’ and click on ‘Edit plan’ and then “Cancel Premium Plan”. Once the user cancels, they will be downgraded back to the free version at the end of their current subscription.  On the next billing date, the user will not be charged and downgraded back to the free version.

What if I decide I do not want the Basic plan and want to opt out.

If the user wishes to fully opt out, go back to the ‘Manage Account’ section to fully unenroll from the services.

Dark Web monitoring consists of searching for up to 1 Social Security number, 10 driver’s licenses, up to 10 credit and debit cards, up to 10 bank accounts, 10 passports, up to 10 phone numbers, up to 10 email addresses, up to 10 physical addresses, and 10 medical IDs. We partner with Constella Intelligence who searches thousands of internet sites where it is suspected that consumer’s personal information is being bought and sold. Constella Intelligence regularly reviews and adds new sites to search; however, there is no guarantee that Constella Intelligence will be able to locate and search every possible internet site as some sites are not published and frequently change. Dark Web monitoring may take several days to begin and may not occur during your {trial/Access} period.

Data Broker sites are sites that trade personal information for profit – names, addresses, phone numbers, social security numbers and more. As a result, consumers are at risk of identity theft, financial hacks, account takeovers, spam, robocalls, and physical threats including stalking, harassment and doxing. Please note that the list of Data Broker sites being scanned may change as we do not crawl all Data Broker sites.
