Breakwater Federal Credit Union, a not-for-profit institution, was founded in 1952 to provide Michigan Tech University’s employees with low interest loans and secure, locally operated banking services. Today, we serve almost 11,000 members in Houghton, Keweenaw, and Baraga Counties!
Join us in our lobby on Thursday, October 19 from 10 am – 2 pm to celebrate our history and the history of credit unions all over the world. We will have tasty treats and our prize wheel, with some fun new additions on it!
